  Mandatory Paperwork Admin

Mandatory Training and Paperwork Updated 9/16/2017

All St. Anne Parish School Athletic Coaches will need to complete the following paperwork listed below in order to coach at St. Anne. Information can also be obtained from Nancy Cozza ncozza@stanneschoolbarrington.org  in the school office.

The following needs to be on file for every coach:


Code Of Conduct- Code of Conduct


Mandated Reporter Training:

Each volunteer will need to complete an on-line course called Mandated Reporter Training. The direct link to the Mandated Reporter Training is: https://www.dcfstraining.org/manrep/index.jsp

It will take about 1 hour to complete the test (you cannot exit and return). You will then need to make a copy of your mandated reported certificate and send a copy to the school office.


Virtus Training

Each volunteer needs to complete a Virtus training class (approximately 3 hours) at a local parish. Please click on the link below to find the next class available: http://www.virtusonline.org/virtus/reg_list2.cfm?theOrgID=18958&theme=0

You will need to make a copy of your Virtus training certificate that you receive at the end of the class and send a copy to the school office.



Each volunteer needs to complete an E-application at the following link to fill out the on-line E-application: https://www.eappsdb.com/Login.asp?ORGZ_KEY=18. For Primary Parish/School/Agency: type in St. Anne Parish School. When completing the background check the access code is: Protection


Concussion Course Certification (new coaches or every two years)

Please go to the IESA website @ (https://www.iesa.org/login/and use the Username/Password below to access the concussion page.

User Name- Barrington-St. Anne (select from drop down tab)

Password- p823s9

The above will take you directly to the concussion page. Follow the prompts to the video/test. You must watch the video's to get credit as you can't just take the test.  Individuals must answer 24 of 30 questions correctly to pass the test.  The test may be taken as many times as necessary.

Coaches will need to repeat the courses every 2 years to remain compliant.
